Blong Xiong
​
Hi my name is Blong Xiong. My major is Finance and this is my second year of college. I chose Finance because I love math and I love dealing with numbers. During my free time I like to finish all my homework and play game if there is nothing to do. My favorite sport is soccer. There are some skills that I bring to this team including communications, motivation and responsibility. I believe that communication skill is the most important skill in a team because without good communication, everyone will mess up and don’t know what they’re suppose to do. I also a good listener and I love to hear what my teammate have to say and love to hear their opinion. I am a hard worker, I like to get things done on time. During this project my responsibility is to create a website and make sure that the text are readable. I also have to make sure that everyone can access to the website and make change. My other responsibility is to make sure everyone finish what their suppose to do and put it on the site. I also making meeting and planning weather we finish or need more time to work on this project.

Jin Yang
​
My name is Jinwoo Yang and I am currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in an effort to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Finance. I’m a second-year student with junior standing. Among many hobbies, my favorite hobby is to play soccer. Soccer has been my passion since I was kid and it is something that brings me happiness. I feel alive when I play soccer. Playing soccer requires a lot of techniques, stamina, and abilities to control the ball with both feet. Not only is soccer a sport that requires individual’s skills, but it also requires the ability to play as a team. That ability of being a team and being a team player can be seen like a team of an organization. It takes a group effort with all important players to make a successful brand or business.

There are couple of strengths that I bring to my team which includes communication, motivation, and leadership. I contributed leadership by suggesting some ideas in order us to turn in the final project on time and made sure we all understood what we need to do in the final project. Also, I communicated with team members via email and text to make sure each team members are doing task that are given to them and came up with a date when we’re going to have a meeting. I also determined motivation by encouraging them with positive words and split individual’s task when struggling in a specific part. I’m also a good listener. I’m willing to hear other’s opinion so we can work together as a team which I was contributed to a team as a listener as well. Everyone contributed on their personal application and biography as well as put inputs when creating a website.

Keaira Wright
​
Hello, my name is Keaira Wright. The skills I bring to the table is leadership, motivation, and trust. I showed leadership by leading by example, showing my team members I am a hard worker and having an open mind. I also showed motivation by breaking everything down and giving my team words of encouragement saying things like “We got this”, “We going to do great”, I must say motivating things in order to feel motivated. I also trust my team because we worked good together throughout the semester and we always turned things in on time and I trust that my team will do great for the final project. I enjoy spending tons of time with my daughter and designing birthday parties. My favorite subject in school is Calculus. Calculus also helps me understand and figure out real life situations. I am good at problem solving when there is an issue. I am a full-time student at UWM and my major is Finance. Everyone in the group contributed to page number 2. I also created page number 5. Everyone also came up with the high-performance team model. Everything listed in the model everyone in the group contributed as a team.
